Smart Paints Malaysia “Negaraku, Jenamaku” Contractor Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Each Voucher Book contains twelve (12 pcs Vouchers / Book) vouchers, with a total value of RM300.00. Each book of voucher contains of:
• RM100.00 Voucher      X 1 PC
• RM 40.00 Voucher       X 2 PCS
• RM 20.00 Voucher       X 3 PCS
• RM 10.00 Voucher       X 6 PCS
2. Each voucher has a unique serial number and cannot be duplicated.
3. The expiration date stated on the voucher is final and non-negotiable.
4. Please Visit https://smart-paints.com/contractorvoucher/smartdealer/ to locate the Nearest Store for voucher redemption.

1. Please visit http://www.smart-paints.com/contractorvoucher/ to apply for the Contractor Voucher.
2. It is mandatory to fill in all required information on the application website.
3. Each person is eligible to request one (1) Contractor Voucher Book.
4. A verification SMS will be sent to you upon clicking the “Request” button. Please fill in the 6-digit OTP upon receiving the SMS.
5. Upon successful application, the Contractor Voucher Book will be sent by post within 7 working days to the address provided by the applicant.
6. The organizer reserves the right to use the provided information for purposes including, but not limited to, internal data collection, marketing, and advertisement.
7. Each voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the original recipient.
8. The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers,and no replacement will be provided.
9. The organizer reserves the right to deny any voucher application if deemed necessary.
10. Contractor Voucher availability is limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

1. Each voucher can only be used on selected Smart Paints products as indicated on the voucher.
2. Each voucher is valid for the purchase of one (1) quantity of the specified product.
3. Vouchers cannot be used past their expiration date.
4. It is mandatory to fill in all required information on the voucher, including but not limited to:
     a. Name (as per IC or Passport)
     b. Contact Number
     c. Last 6 digits of the IC number (XXXXXX-__-____) or Passport Number (for Foreigner)

5. The organizer reserves the right to reject any voucher with incomplete information.
6. The organizer reserves the right to use the provided information for purposes including, but not limited to, internal data collection, marketing, and advertisement.
7. Each voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the original recipient.
8. Each voucher can only be redeemed once and cannot be reused.

1. Each valid voucher entitles the holder to one (1) entry into the lucky draw.
2. The prizes are as follows:
     a. First Prize : Perodua Myvi 1.3L G x 1 unit
     b. Second Prize : Modenas CT115S x 12 units
     c. Consolation Prize : RM 1,000 Paint Voucher x 10 PCS

3. The prizes are subject to availability and may be replaced with equivalent items at the organizer's discretion.
4. The lucky draw will be held on the following dates:
     a. 31st December 2024 (3 units of Modenas CT115S)
     b. 31st May 2025 (3 units of Modenas CT115S)
     c. 31st December 2025 (1 unit of Perodua Myvi 1.3L G / 6 units of Modenas CT115S & Consolation Prize X 10pcs – RM1,000 Paint Voucher)

5. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the draw date.
6. The organizer will contact the winners using the contact number provided on the voucher for verification purposes.
7. Winners must provide valid identification and proof of voucher ownership upon request to claim their prize.
8. If a winner fails the verification process or cannot be contacted within 3 working days of the draw, the organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
9. Prizes must be claimed within 10 working days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
10. The organizer’s decision on all matters relating to the lucky draw, including the selection of winners, is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
11. Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, or additional costs associated with the prizes.
12. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it believes, in its sole discretion, is fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of these terms and conditions.
13. Participation in the lucky draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
14. The organizer reserves the absolute right to withhold prizes from winners in the following cases:
    A.    Inaccurate information
    B.    Incomplete information
    C.    Fraudulent or duplicated discount vouchers

15. The list of award winners will be announced on Smart Paints' official Facebook page (SMART PAINT MALAYSIA) on 1st January 2025 / 1st June 2025 / 1st January 2026.

1. Smart Paint Manufacturing Sdn Bhd (reg. no. 201301001177 (1031014-A)) is the organizer of the event: Smart Paints Malaysia “Negaraku, Jenamaku”.
2. The organizer reserves the right to deny any voucher redemption if deemed necessary.
3. The organizer reserves the right to take legal action against fraudulent activities, including but not limited to, counterfeit vouchers and repeated use of the same voucher.
4. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
5. The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers, and no replacement will be provided.
6. The use of the voucher is subject to stock availability of the selected Smart Paints products.
7. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless otherwise specified.
8. The organizer’s decision is final in case of any disputes arising from the use of the voucher.
9. By using the voucher, the holder agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions stated herein.
10. Misuse of vouchers, including but not limited to, resale, transfer, or duplication, will result in immediate cancellation of the voucher and potential legal action.
11. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
12. The organizer reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
